  • Exchange 
  1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will  send you replacement.
  2. Exchange is not applicable if the wrong size is selected by the customer.

 

  • Return
  1. Made upon order - Return is not applicable due hygiene purpose & products are tailored made.
  2. Others - The items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping fee. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
