We do accept small parts purchase for certain costumes, such as the accessories, belt, cloak, wrist guard and etc. Feel free to email us if you are interested.
This is made upon order product and will take at least 10-15 working days to process, exclude Saturday and Sunday. Costumes which include shoes will take an additional 5-10 working days to process.
Some products are shipped from different warehouses, shipping may be combined and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. We will apply standard shipping (10-15 business days) for the orders.
- Cancellation
This is a made upon order products. We will not be able to cancel the order once the order was placed.
- Exchange
Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.
- Return
Return is not applicable due hygiene purpose & products are custom made.
